As a Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in nurturing corporate relationships that contribute to the Wilder Institute's mission. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that partnerships deliver on their commitments while enhancing overall partner satisfaction. Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving are vital components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and steward corporate partnerships

• Track and report on partnership obligations and outcomes

• Organize partner recognition and stewardship events

• Develop communication materials for partners

• Support the Partnership Business Unit with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills

• Background in partnerships or corporate development

• Proficient in Office Suite and project management software

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Understand confidentiality and ethical guidelines
