Calgary Homeless Foundation guides the fight against homelessness. CHF has a strategic commitment to provide governance and operational supports towards a recovery-oriented, coordinated system of care. The system of care is comprised of services to those who are experiencing homelessness (outreach, emergency shelters, and hidden homelessness), those who are seeking supportive housing (Coordinated Access and Assessment), and over 45+ programs providing housing supports. The position provides daily operational management of the Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA) data quality and communication functions, including pre-placement data quality checks, weekly placement committee supports, CAA inbox monitoring, and post-placement data entry.

This role is also responsible for coordinating and chairing the weekly placement committee meetings, providing support to train new Housing Strategists, and supporting current Housing Strategists with mentoring. and data quality
