Corporate Partnerships Development Officer

Position: Corporate Partnerships Development Officer Role
Transform corporate relationships into impactful conservation efforts as a full-time Development Officer at the Wilder Institute’s Calgary Zoo. Focus on partnership cultivation and stewardship to drive revenue.

In this role, you'll leverage your interpersonal skills to coordinate corporate partnerships that align with the Wilder Institute’s vision. You will manage contract fulfillment, host engagement events, and prepare impact reports, ensuring timely and effective communication with partners. This hybrid position allows for flexibility while still emphasizing in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of partnership contracts and benefits

• Maintain robust relationships with corporate sponsors

• Draft reports, newsletters, and other key communications

• Oversee data entry and performance tracking for partnerships

• Plan and execute partner recognition and stewardship events

Requirements:

• Proven interpersonal abilities and strong listening skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products

• Excellent project and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality according to ethical guidelines

• Willingness to work flexible hours for partner events
