Position: Financial Empowerment Facilitator Role

You will be responsible for delivering educational workshops and performing participant assessments while reporting to the Financial Empowerment Manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging financial literacy workshops

• Manage participant intake and continuous assessment

• Maintain accurate participant records and follow-up care

• Facilitate community outreach to raise program awareness

• Uphold program policies and participant engagement

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or related field

• Strong public speaking and facilitation background

• Experience in programming or case management

• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

• Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems
