Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and document resident assessments accurately

• Develop, implement, and adjust individual care plans

• Administer medications and deliver direct nursing care

• Lead emergency responses and clinical assessments

• Supervise and guide care delivery by unregulated providers

Requirements:

• Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia

• Preferred experience in senior care settings

• Excellent communication and assessment skills

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification

• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
