As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide essential nursing care, document compliance with health standards, and engage in complex care interventions. Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents requiring RN competencies
- Conduct complex care interventions as needed
- Communicate with families in urgent situations
- Assess individual residents and coach nursing staff
- Document care in alignment with regulatory standards
- Current Registered Nurse registration in Alberta
- Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
- Skills in care coordination and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Recent Vulnerable Position Screening (within 6 months)
