Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

In this role, you will be responsible for directing the care provided by Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care while adhering to all relevant health regulations. Effective communication and meticulous documentation are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing care to residents

• Supervise and guide nursing staff in daily operations

• Coordinate care with health professionals and external partners

• Record all relevant changes in residents' conditions

• Administer medications following established procedures
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential

• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations

• Current registration with the provincial nursing body

• Experience in geriatric nursing preferred

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
