Position: Registered Nurse Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse at Age Care, you will report directly to the Director of Care. In this position, you will manage complex resident needs through direct care, medication administration, and compliance with health standards. Your strong skills in communication, care coordination, and clinical knowledge are essential for coaching other staff and ensuring quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized nursing care to residents

• Administer and document medications as required

• Engage with families during emergencies

• Support nursing staff in providing effective care

• Assess care plans and implement necessary changes
Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Registered Nurse

• Experience in senior care and teamwork

• Background in gerontology or related fields

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS)
