• Implement Age Care policies within the neighbourhood
• Direct nursing staff and lead communication during shifts
• Notify physicians of significant changes in health
• Ensure proper documentation follows nursing standards
• Review and process physician orders efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations
• Membership in provincial nursing association
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
