Prosperity Workforce Solutions is seeking full or part-time Nurse Practitioners to join our clients Medical Aesthetics facility located in Calgary or Edmonton, AB.

Compensation:
Commission-based wage structure
We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Nurse Practitioner to join a leading medical aesthetics organization specializing in non-invasive cosmetic treatments. This is an opportunity to work in a modern, patient-centered clinical environment alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality aesthetic care, helping clients achieve natural, long-lasting results through safe, evidence-based treatments and individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Perform non-surgical medical aesthetic procedures, including:
- Neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox)
- PRP treatments
- Laser and skin rejuvenation therapies
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assess individual needs and goals
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation
- Maintain high standards of clinical safety, ethics, and professionalism
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and related technologies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical aestheticians, and clinic leadership
- Educate patients on aftercare and long-term treatment plans for optimal results
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Alberta (or eligibility to practice)
- Experience in medical aesthetics is strongly preferred
- Training or certification in injectables (Botox, dermal fillers) is an asset
- Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient-centered care
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- English fluency required for patient and team communication
