As a Registered Nurse on our inpatient team, you will deliver acute medical care within Hematology and Oncology, utilizing your critical thinking and communication skills. This role emphasizes collaboration among healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered nursing services in acute care
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Teach and advocate for patients and families
• Participate in clinical trials and professional development
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active or eligible CRNA registration
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience
• CVAD certification and/or experience
• Chemotherapy certification and experience in Oncology
