Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supervision of RN and LPN care staff

• Conduct health assessments for patient evaluations

• Support clinical documentation and reporting processes

• Provide education and mentoring for nurse team members

• Participate in training and orientation programs
Requirements:

• Current RN registration required

• Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills needed

• Valid driver’s license with consistent access to transport

• CCHN(C) certification is considered an asset
