As a Full-Time Overnight LPN, you'll apply your nursing expertise within a collaborative environment. This role demands delivering education and health support while ensuring adherence to infection control standards. You'll play a vital role in client-centered care and wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct independent nursing functions in accordance with CLPNA
• Maintain optimal infection prevention practices
• Educate clients on nutrition, STBBIs, and medication management
• Assist with vaccination clinics and training for Naloxone
• Develop and review comprehensive client care plans
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• 2–3 years' experience in the nursing field preferable
• Active CLPNA registration in good standing
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
