Join Country Hills as an RN Supervisor specializing in skilled nursing care. We offer flexible AM and PM shifts to lead our dedicated nursing staff in El Cajon, California.
As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in patient care, advising physicians, and evaluating treatment plans. Work closely with the Medical Director and nursing staff to address residents’ physical and psychosocial needs. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with health policies and fostering a positive care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with physicians regarding resident evaluations
• Execute documentation for medical forms and reports
• Detect early signs of health issues in residents
• Assist in developing nursing services and care plans
• Mentor nursing colleagues under your supervision
Requirements:
• Active California RN license
• Supervisory experience of at least one year
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Familiarity with PCC charting systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
