RN Position - Extended Stay at CHN

Be a part of Clearpoint Health Network's team as a Casual Registered Nurse, working evening and night shifts in a specialized orthopedic care environment. Your nursing skills will be essential for patient recovery.

As a member of Canadian Surgery Solutions, you will provide comprehensive nursing services while utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Your work must align with Alberta's nursing standards to ensure high-quality care for patients undergoing surgery. This position requires you to communicate efficiently and collaboratively with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly care for post-surgical orthopedic patients

• Conduct routine vitals checks and patient rounding

• Administer intravenous treatments as necessary

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams

• Follow infection control and medication policies

Requirements:

• Active CRNA with recent nursing experience

• 2-3 years in acute care or inpatient surgery

• BLS and ACLS certification necessary

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

• Experience in orthopedic nursing preferred
