Join Bethany Calgary as a part‑time RAI Assessor, responsible for conducting essential assessments and supporting quality resident care. This role ensures compliance with established health information standards. In the position of RAI Assessor, you will utilize your Licensed Practical Nurse skills to foster excellent resident‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform RAI‑MDS assessments per CIHI guidelines
- Create and maintain documentation for resident assessments
- Assist in revising care plans alongside the team
- Facilitate communication within the Interdisciplinary Team
- Promote a secure environment through adherence to guidelines
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration
- Completion of RAI training modules
- Five years’ experience with seniors or dependent adults
- Effective assessment and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Point Click Care
