As an LPN, you'll report to the Director of Care and play a crucial role in patient-focused nursing standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care while managing resident assessments and care plans. Your expertise will ensure residents transition smoothly and receive the best possible support for their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate resident assessments and maintain care documentation
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with regulations
• Support transitions of residents during move-ins and discharges
• Respond to medical emergencies and direct care team tasks
Requirements:
• Current registration as an LPN in Alberta
• Preference for experience in senior or long-term care
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems
