Position: Registered Nurse for End-of-Life Care
Be part of Age Care SkyPointe as a Registered Nurse focused on Palliative Care. This role emphasizes compassionate nursing while supervising practical nurses and support workers.

As a temporary part-time Registered Nurse, you will coordinate with healthcare teams, document changes in residents’ statuses, and ensure thorough compliance with nursing regulations. Provide leadership during shift reports, fostering effective communication among care staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate care services within the residence

• Lead team shift reports for updated care plans

• Record and document condition changes efficiently

• Process physician orders as necessary

• Notify Director of Care of any issues promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing needed

• Extensive knowledge in Palliative and Hospice Care

• Familiarity with relevant health legislation

• Compassionate approach towards residents

• Genuine passion for nursing and palliative care
