Bayshore Healthcare is on the lookout for a Nursing Supervisor to enhance client experiences. Your responsibilities will include supervising nursing staff, developing and reviewing care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies. You will also spearhead training programs and engage in community outreach to promote Bayshore services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate assessments for client care
• Develop and review client-focused care plans
• Supervise field staff compliance with practices
• Manage and resolve client satisfaction initiatives
• Support service coordination with Client Service Coordinator
Requirements:
• Accredited Nursing Program graduation
• Minimum of 5 years' supervisory nursing experience
• CPR certification current
• Strong writing and communication abilities
• Valid driver's license and insurance
