Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate nursing and support services for residents

• Lead shift reports with healthcare team members

• Document significant changes in residents’ conditions

• Process and communicate physician orders promptly

• Foster a culture of resident safety and respect

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Registration and membership in good standing

• Knowledge of relevant health regulations and acts

• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
