Your Mission:- Lead with Confidence: Manage the clinic environment by ensuring a clean, safe, and professional space for patients and staff.
- Innovate and Elevate: Support your team by facilitating ongoing education, ensuring clinic policies are adhered to.
- Analyze and Conquer: Oversee staff schedules, clinic resources, and inventory, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate and Lead: Mentor and supervise clinical staff, liaising effectively with physicians, NPs, and support staff.
- Professional Expertise: Qualified Registered Nurse with a valid provincial license and minimum 3 years of nursing experience, at least one year of regular IV initiation and infusion experience.
- Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Patient-Centered Focus: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership Abilities: Capable of supervising and supporting clinical staff and mentoring.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to travel within geographical boundaries and accommodate appointment requests.
- Additional Assets: Experience in critical care, emergency care, or homecare settings; certifications like ACLS, CVA, or central venous line experience.
- Core Competencies: Thrive in a collaborative environment; bring positivity and enthusiasm.
At BioScript, your base pay is part of a total compensation package determined within a range. Pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each role, level, and location.
