This role involves delivering patient-centric nursing care under the guidance of the Director of Care. Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
• Assess residents and update care plans regularly
• Respond to changes in residents’ conditions effectively
• Direct nursing care and manage medication protocols
• Engage with families about care plans and health issues
Requirements:
• Valid LPN registration in British Columbia
• Experience in senior or long-term care preferred
• Proficiency in electronic documentation systems
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Current CPR and First Aid certification mandatory
