Position: Community Health Nurse Practice Advisor Role
Act as a Community Health Nurse Practice Advisor in Alberta, where your expertise will influence health programs and outreach efforts. This role emphasizes community-driven care and collaboration.

You will work closely with health teams to provide mentorship, lead education sessions, and respond to various health emergencies. Regular travel across Alberta’s diverse rural and remote communities is required to enhance access to care. Your ability to build relationships with community members will be fundamental.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical guidance and support program initiatives

• Mentor and assist nursing colleagues in care

• Facilitate educational outreach sessions

• Collaborate with leadership for health quality improvements

• Participate in community health outreach and emergency response

Requirements:

• Degree in nursing with specialization from accredited institution

• Registration eligibility in Canada as a Registered Nurse

• Significant recent experience in community or emergency care

• Flexibility to conduct extensive travel

• Current professional registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
