Trico LivingWell Practical Nurse - Part-Time

You'll report directly to the Director of Nursing and be responsible for individualized, compassionate nursing care in a respected community setting. Engage with residents and their families, ensuring high standards of health and safety are met. Your experience in elder care will play a crucial role in helping our residents maintain autonomy while ensuring comprehensive health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with medical and healthcare team

• Facilitate residents' care conferences and health assessments

• Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions

• Support wellness activities and social engagement

• Educate residents on health matters and disease prevention

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse registration with Alberta

• Minimum 2 years' experience in elder care (preferred)

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Clearance for Police and Vulnerable Sector Screening
