This temporary full-time role is looking for an experienced LPN to support holistic care across Calgary Rural PCN clinics. You will be responsible for assessing patient health, educating about foot care, and collaborating on care plans. The ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking skills and a compassionate approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-invasive foot care and patient education

• Assess health status, including vital signs and histories

• Collaborate on patient-centered care plans

• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR

• Participate in quality improvement projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• 2+ years of foot care experience

• Completed a Practical Nurse Diploma program

• Accredited Advanced foot care certification required

• Valid driver’s license for travel
