Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing assessments and identify health concerns
• Support participant autonomy and recovery-oriented goals
• Collaborate on participant-centered service plans
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Active CRNA practice permit required
• 3-5 years experience in primary care settings
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle for work
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
