The Licensed Practical Nurse serves as the critical link among management, residents, and families. With at least one year of experience in senior care, you'll apply your skills in dementia care and establish meaningful connections. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor residents' conditions consistently
• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care
• Communicate effectively with management and families
• Contribute to resident-centered care initiatives
• Participate in interdisciplinary team programs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience with seniors
• Excellent skills in dementia care and communication
• Completion of an accredited LPN education program
• Active or eligible for provincial registration
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
