As a Licensed Practical Nurse Operating Room Technician at our organization, you'll engage in comprehensive peri-operative training, combining clinical practicum and didactic education. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams in roles that support General Surgery, Orthopedics, Plastics, Gynecology, ENT, and Sports Medicine. This role integrates critical thinking and decision-making skills, enhancing the patient experience while being a key advocate for families and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and advocacy

• Participate in various peri-operative roles, including circulation and scrubbing

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care

Requirements:

• Accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education completed

• Active or eligible LPN registration in Alberta

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
