Licensed Practical Nurse

In this role, you will report to the Director of Care and assist in delivering personalized services to our residents. Your responsibilities include maintaining care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team while ensuring a safe and dignified environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend resident personal care plans

• Maintain detailed records of resident health

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration

• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments

• Evaluate nursing care effectiveness and report changes

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved nursing program

• Current licensing from CRNA & CLPNA

• Experience in residential care or mental health

• Active CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong communication and organizational skills
