Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized nursing care aligned with residents' care plans

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care activities

• Promote and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team discussions

• Lead and educate Health Care Aides when necessary

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program

• Good standing with Alberta's College of LPNs and HCAs

• Previous LPN experience is an asset

• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

• Current CPR certification required
