Foot Care Licensed Practical Nurse Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a commitment to patient-centered care, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This role involves critical thinking as you support patient health through non-invasive foot care, vital sign assessments, and comprehensive health education. You will work actively to foster a supportive and collaborative environment for patients across their lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-invasive foot care and health education

• Assess vital signs and health histories

• Collaborate on patient care plans

• Assist with primary care procedures

• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR

Requirements:

• Practical Nurse Diploma and CLPNA registration

• 5+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• 2+ years in foot care

• Experience with EMR systems

• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle
