You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, building trusted relationships with residents and their families. Your responsibilities include implementing care plans and ensuring proper documentation while mentoring unregulated care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goal-directed nursing care meeting provincial standards

• Maintain accurate clinical care assessments and documentation

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers

• Adapt care plans based on resident needs

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Sound clinical knowledge with seniors

• Experience in community or long-term care

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification

• Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
