As part of the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program, you will thrive in a dynamic environment tailored for recent graduates. The program spans 12 months, featuring both an Enhanced Orientation phase with a Clinical Guide and a later tier of Independent Practice, ensuring a solid foundation as you grow your nursing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive care to patients and communities
• Serve as an advocate and educator for patients
• Collaborate on patient care strategies with nursing teams
• Apply critical thinking for effective decision-making
• Uphold safety and quality in community health initiatives
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized nursing education program
• Active or eligible for CRNA registration
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Recent work on an acute medical unit
• Nursing program graduation within the past year
