Wing Kei is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join its dedicated team. Under the guidance of the Director of Care, you will implement nursing processes, develop care plans, and provide assessments while engaging in ongoing education. This position requires a commitment to excellence in senior care aligned with our mission and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Wing Kei’s vision and values consistently
• Implement comprehensive nursing assessments and plans
• Update individual care plans regularly for clients
• Provide cognitive and emotional support to residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for client engagement
Requirements:
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license from CLPNA
• Current CPR (BCLS) certification
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and leadership
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
