Become a vital part of Age Care Walden Heights as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This temporary part-time role invites you to provide impactful and compassionate nursing care to seniors every day.

The Licensed Practical Nurse will play a key role in delivering patient-centered nursing care in a supportive environment. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will collaborate with an inter-professional team to execute clinical assessments, update care plans, and document compliance. You will also facilitate resident transfers while ensuring the highest standards of care are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement patient-oriented care and evaluate effectiveness promptly

• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation

• Assist with resident care conferences and coordinate care plans

• Administer medications and treatments to residents

• Foster strong connections with residents and families

Requirements:

• Practical Nurse Diploma with 3+ years in seniors’ health

• Current registration and CPR certification

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Leadership and mentorship skills are essential
