Position: Bethany Riverview Full-Time LPN Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess resident needs and implement care plans

• Document nursing interventions and outcomes

• Identify unsafe conditions within the workplace

• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team effectively

• Guide and supervise Health Care Aides on duty

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

• Active registration with the College of LPNs, Alberta

• Preferred previous experience as an LPN

• Strong verbal and written English skills

• CPR certification and preferred dementia care experience
