As an RN Case Manager, you will work with families, educational staff, and health providers to deliver tailored care for medically complex students. You'll lead training initiatives for school staff, adjust care plans based on student evaluations, and maintain high standards of documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive nursing assessments and planning

• Coordinate care among schools, families, and healthcare personnel

• Provide mentorship and leadership to nursing staff

• Facilitate education and training for supporting clinical needs

• Ensure compliance and quality improvement in care practices

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Active or eligible CRNA registration

• Current BCLS-HCP certification

• 1–2 years in a school nurse role or equivalent

• Skills in electronic documentation systems
