Join Bethany Calgary as a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse dedicated to resident care and support. Focus on assessment, documentation, and teamwork to enhance community well-being.
In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care in accordance with individual care plans while fostering a safe environment. Your leadership in supporting Health Care Aides and participating in team meetings will contribute to a collaborative healthcare experience for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver resident-centered care based on individualized nursing assessments
• Document care interventions and outcomes accurately
• Maintain safety by actively identifying and mitigating hazards
• Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to advocate for residents
• Guide Health Care Aides in delivering responsible care services
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nursing graduate with active registration
• Previous LPN experience is preferred
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Familiarity with RAI/MDS
2.0 tools is a plus
• Must hold CPR certification and preferred dementia training
