This permanent role offers you the chance to work 40 hours a week starting September 1, 2026. You will administer treatments, monitor health conditions, and assist residents with daily activities. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure quality care and wellness for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care according to care plans
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documents
Requirements:
• Diploma from an approved Practical Nursing program
• Valid practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Alberta
• 2 years of experience in seniors care environment
• Strong knowledge of medication and documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
