As a Registered Nurse at Optima Living, you will report to the Director of Care, engaging in the development and implementation of resident care plans.
Your role will include administering medications, conducting assessments, and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents through every stage of care. By fostering strong communication and team dynamics, you'll ensure a supportive environment for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain comprehensive resident health records
• Directly administer medications and medical treatments
• Assist with resident move-ins and palliative care
• Evaluate nursing care effectiveness and report changes
• Participate in team meetings and share feedback
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with AB practice license
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Experience in mental health or residential care preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility for varied shifts
