Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services for residents' personalized care
• Lead daily shift reports to communicate resident status
• Document significant changes in residents’ conditions
• Process and implement physician orders promptly
• Promote health and safety awareness within the workplace
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registration in good standing with provincial registry
• Sound knowledge of long-term care nursing
• Familiarity with relevant healthcare acts and regulations
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
