Reporting to the Health & Recovery Services Leadership, the Registered Nurse will work at the Nurse Led Medical Clinic and Medication Assistance Program. Your expertise in assessment, symptom management, and mental health intervention will help clients on their recovery journeys. This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform nursing assessments and client evaluations
• Provide medication assistance and wound care
• Participate in health education for clients
• Document health interventions and referrals accurately
• Collaborate with colleagues to support client recovery
Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Valid CPR certification and professional liability insurance
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Understanding of Trauma-Informed Care principles
Deliver compassionate care and support to vulnerable individuals as a Registered Nurse in Calgary.
