Night Owl seeks experienced Registered Nurses to deliver expert in-home care, focusing on maternal-child health. You'll offer emotional support, routine assessments, and evidence-based care, ensuring families feel informed and confident. This impactful role allows you to build relationships while making a significant difference in the lives of new parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based overnight nursing care to newborns

• Monitor newborn health, feeding, and comfort

• Support safe sleep and breastfeeding practices

• Assess maternal recovery and identify complications

• Educate families on care practices and infant development

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing

• Minimum two years postpartum nursing experience

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and flexibly
