Position: Optima Living Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement resident care or service plans with the care team

• Document resident health conditions and interventions

• Provide nursing care, including medication distribution

• Support physicians during diagnostic testing

• Assist with orientation of new team members

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized nursing program

• Maintain current CRNA & CLPNA licenses

• Experience in a mental health or residential environment

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
