Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized resident-centered care in accordance with care plans

• Thoroughly document assessments and care outcomes

• Foster a safe environment by identifying unsafe conditions

• Engage in continuous learning and team collaboration

• Direct and mentor Health Care Aides as needed

Requirements:

• LPN program graduate with Alberta registration

• Previous nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and observational skills

• CPR certification required

• Familiarity with electronic documentation an advantage
