Position: Licensed Practical Nurse Role
Join Bethany Riverview in Calgary as a Licensed Practical Nurse, delivering exceptional resident care in a supportive part-time role. You will help residents thrive while ensuring safety and excellent service.

In your position at Bethany Riverview, you will focus on resident-centered care and documentation, alongside conducting assessments and implementing care plans. Your responsibilities also include ensuring a safe environment and participating in team discussions. This role requires effective communication and a real passion for enhancing the lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents to tailor individualized care plans

• Document all nursing interventions and assessments timely

• Adhere to safety guidelines to protect residents and staff

• Engage with the Interdisciplinary Team in care meetings

• Provide leadership to Health Care Aides as needed

Requirements:

• Valid LPN diploma from a recognized institution

• In good standing with the College of LPNs of Alberta

• Excellent English communication skills

• Capacity to handle physically and mentally demanding tasks

• CPR certification; experience in dementia care preferred
