Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of a high-performing clinic
• Hire, coach, and supervise nursing staff effectively
• Evaluate clinic performance data for improvement
• Monitor nursing documentation according to care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare providers on service quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related area preferred
• Valid RN state license essential
• Minimum two years experience in ambulatory clinics
• Background with elderly or frail patient care
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 180 days
