You'll work with in the Urban Response programs, including the Episodic Medical Care Clinic. Your skills will be utilized for tasks like medication assistance, symptom management, and health education. Multidisciplinary collaboration is key in ensuring effective client support and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute nursing assessments and interventions
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
• Teach preventative health practices and cultural considerations
• Organize and document client health data carefully
• Collaborate with other team members for optimal care
Requirements:
• Two-year accredited Practical Nursing diploma
• Registration with CLHA required
• Valid liability insurance proof necessary
• 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience an asset
• Strong understanding of addiction and health issues
