In this position, you’ll perform nursing assessments and collaborate with families to tailor care plans that promote health and inclusion. Engaging with school teams, you will provide essential training to support students' clinical needs confidently while enhancing educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning
• Coordinate with schools, families, and healthcare providers
• Monitor health status and review care plans regularly
• Lead training initiatives for school nursing staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to compliance
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active or eligible registration with CRNA
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License for travel
• 1-2 years in school nursing experience is a plus
