Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on care according to the resident's Care Plan

• Report changes in resident conditions to decision-makers

• Supervise and support non-regulated staff

• Maintain dignity, privacy, and independence of residents

• Adhere to safety and infection prevention policies

Requirements:

• Current active LPN Certificate with CLHA registration

• Experience with elderly care, preferably in supportive living

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• Ability to handle physical demands of the job

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
